Machines for the casting floor.

One printer in production today, and a manufacturing platform being built around it — desktop printing, diamond cutting, materials and software.

Uniway NEO3

High quality 3D wax patterns for investment, precision and shell casting — 8 µm and 15 µm layers, straight off the platform, with no mould tooling anywhere in the process.

The NEO3 introduces a triple print-head array over the widest platform in its class, paired with automatic build-plate changing so the machine keeps working through unattended shifts. It is designed for the operations that measure output in trays per week, not parts per day.

Why it holds up in production

  • Fixed print heads. No moving carriage assembly to drift out of alignment — stable jetting and a long working life.
  • Three heads, one pass. Roughly 50% more output than a comparable single-array machine over the same platform.
  • Unattended running. The plate changer swaps completed builds automatically, so a queued job list runs overnight.
  • Clean burnout. 100% castable wax leaves no residue in investment and shell casting shells.
  • Detail that survives casting. 8 µm layers give sharp edges and smooth rounded surfaces that carry through to the metal.

Site requirements

A UPS rated at 3 kVA minimum, washing and drying equipment, isopropyl alcohol for post-processing, and a temperature-controlled room. We will walk through the full installation checklist with you before delivery.

From wax to metal

One workflow, four steps

Printed patterns drop into the investment casting process you already run. Nothing downstream has to change.

STEP 01

Design

CAD model or 3D scan, nested onto the platform in our software.

STEP 02

Print in wax

The NEO3 jets 100% castable wax in 8 µm layers. Wash and dry, and the pattern is ready.

STEP 03

Invest & burn out

Tree, invest and burn out exactly as you would with an injected wax pattern.

STEP 04

Cast

Pour, break out and finish. No mould tooling, no minimum quantity, no lead time on a design change.

What comes next

Infinity is extending the range beyond industrial printing. These products are in development — talk to us if you would like to be an early evaluation partner.

In development

Desktop MJP

Multi-jet wax printing in a benchtop machine, for studios, dental laboratories and design offices that do not need a production platform.

In development

CNC diamond cutting

Diamond cutting and faceting equipment for jewellery manufacturers, engineered to the same tolerances as our printing systems.

In development

Wax & resin materials

Castable wax and photopolymer resin formulated for our machines and validated against real burnout and casting cycles.

In development

CAM software

Nesting, support generation and toolpath control written by the team that built the hardware, so the two stay in step.

Send us a part

The fastest way to judge a printer is to see your own geometry come off it. Send a file and we will print it, cast it if you like, and send it back.
